We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in the role of Chief Financial Officer. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide leadership in the development and implementation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives · Assume overall responsibility for the company's financial activities · Drive the company's financial planning and direct the overall financial management to ensure maximum productivity and revenue · Ensure the integrity of the company's operations through comprehensive financial and internal controls · Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities · Establish and implement budgetary control strategies · Advise the management on financial issues, trends and changes · Evaluate existing financial management policies and create new policy sets · Establish and develop relations with external stakeholders, represent the company in official functions REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: · University Degree in Business management, commerce, public administration etc. · 3+ years of experience in Finance, Business Administration, or Commerce · Professional accounting designation will be an asset · Thorough understanding of sound corporate governance · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Excellent leadership and mentoring skills · Must communicate thoroughly in English to ensure smooth communication WORK CONDITIONS: · Permanent, full-time position · Annual salary of $171,000 based on 35 hours work week.
