Overview
Garrison Security Services Inc. is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Monitor and evaluate administrative workflows
Administer and oversee payroll processes
Plan and control office budget and expenditures
Supervise a small team (1 to 2 staff members)
Qualifications
Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Computer Skills:
Mac OS, MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Windows
Additional Information
Security Clearance:
Basic security clearance required
