This is a full-time, permanent position offering $34.50 per hour for 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling, including day, evening, morning, overtime, and weekend shifts. The position requires on-site work, and remote work is not available. Applicants must possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and have 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks. Assign duties to sales staff and oversee daily operations. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Organize and maintain inventory while ensuring product availability. Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and supply shortages effectively. Manage cash handling processes and ensure accurate financial reporting. Oversee office and volunteer staff, providing support and guidance as required. Sell merchandise and promote products to maximize sales performance.
