Job Responsibilities: The Vice President - Education Services will play a key leadership role in shaping and overseeing the academic strategy of Prep Doctors Corp. Key responsibilities include: · Advising the President/CEO on academic programs, faculty selection, and student needs to support institutional goals. · Leading the strategic planning and execution of academic programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and alignment with industry best practices. · Developing and implementing academic policies that align with regulatory requirements and institutional objectives. · Recruiting, appointing, and supervising faculty leadership and senior academic staff to maintain high standards in teaching and program delivery. · Overseeing the operations of academic programs and campuses, fostering efficiency and organizational success. · Developing and executing promotional strategies to enhance institutional visibility and increase student enrollment. · Managing faculty recruitment, professional development, and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement in academic offerings. · Monitoring student retention and enrollment trends, collaborating with faculty and administration to refine admissions strategies. · Delegating responsibilities to senior managers and department heads, establishing an effective leadership structure. · Representing the organization in official negotiations and partnerships with regulatory bodies, industry leaders, and academic institutions. · Reviewing funding and grant opportunities, supporting applications that align with institutional priorities. Job Requirements · A postgraduate degree from a recognized institution. · Experience in academic administration. · At least five years of teaching experience at the graduate or postgraduate level. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Flexibility and intercultural competency to work with diverse student populations. · Proficiency in English (required).
