Primary Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant. · Define the services to be provided and establish efficient operational processes. · Hire and train staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills. · Create and manage staff schedules while evaluating performance. · Supervise inventory levels, track financial performance, and adjust procedures or pricing as needed. · Address customer concerns and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. · Coordinate with suppliers to secure food, beverages, and other necessary supplies. · Work with clients to arrange catering services or organize events such as banquets and receptions. Requirements of Position: · Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset. · 3 years of experience in the food service sector is required, including supervisory experience. · Proficiency in English. · Excellent communication and organizational skills.
