You will ensure efficient restaurant operation and maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Job duties are as follows but not limited to: · Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of kitchen staff and food counter attendants · Ensure the well-being and safety of the customer and staff · Ensure restaurant is continually meeting production demands and standards for food quality, service times and service experience · Open /close the restaurant , with access to the safe and /or float · Assign work stations and manages breaks · Resolve and documents any issues within their realm of authority concerning the restaurant , staff and customers according to restaurant polices · Make decisions to balance key goals- high quality, speed and cost control through effective management of the Operating system · Complete daily paperwork as required · Complete weekly inventories as necessary · Complete weekly P&L statements as necessary · Complete orders as necessary · Complete various tasks dependent on ability, seniority, initiative and division of tasks · Train and coach staff as directed by management. Also assist with staff performance evaluation · Confront poor performance of staff on ability and individual situations · Ensure overall cleanliness of restaurant · Comply with and enforces all A&W operating standards · Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: · Secondary School education · Minimum 7 months - 1 year of supervisory experience in food service Additional Job Requirements: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including early morning, afternoon and evening shifts Interested applicants please email resumes to hupup@outlook.com
