NutriAg Ltd is a Canadian Company with international presence in the field of specialty fertilizers, spray modifiers, inoculants and other biological products. As the Territory Manager – Manitoba, you will report to the Technical Sales Director, Western Canada. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, be a confident self-starter who is results driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. To be successful in this fast- paced innovative company, you will work closely with our Sales Team to establish working relationships with key distributors, growers and consultants, to develop and grow business. The successful candidate should live in or be willing to relocate to: Central or Southern Manitoba. Role: The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to the following tasks.Develop and execute overall territory plan supporting growth objectives.Position NutriAg’s innovative portfolio in the region.Develop the sales within the new territory.Help launch new products and technologies.Implement the use of NutriAnalytics platform.Training & educating network of distributors/dealers and leading farmers where needed.Promote distributor sales growth through technical knowledge and credibility.Build relationships with key farmers to promote product awareness and to increase their satisfaction & loyalty.Forecasting & communicating area sales & needs.Contributes to the team through effective communication, cooperation, and participation to NutriAg’s shared vision & goals.Grower trials & demonstrations to show the value of the NutriAg portfolio.Assist Technical Sales Director as necessary.Travel regularly in the sales area. Education: B.Sc. degree or diploma in agriculture or related field preferred but not required. Experience: 5-10 years’ minimum experience in Agribusiness/technical sales and/or agronomy roles. Experience with the production aspects of most key crops grown in the area (horticultural and cash crops). Relevant work experiences an asset. Familiar with basic aspects of grain production, field scale product evaluations and demonstrations. Good commercial acumen and deep understanding of Manitoba crop production. Crops: Canola, Wheat, Barley, Corn, Soybean, Lentils, Peas, Potato etc. Remuneration: The selected candidate will receive a top-tier salary according to the level of seniority required for the role.
