In this key leadership role, you will provide vision, innovation, and strategic direction to drive operational excellence while ensuring alignment with our organization’s mission, values and long-term goals. The Director of Operations will oversee a senior management team and staff, ensuring that daily operations adapt to the evolving needs of our customers in a rapidly changing marketplace. Additionally, they will foster strong, collaborative relationship with industry partners to support and drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities:Assist the Executive Director in recommending and implementing policies, which allow for effective operation of the organization within the parameters of the strategic and operating objectives.Create and oversee the development of the annual operations plan, including budgetary requirements.
