O/A The Fritter Shop has immediate opening for experienced a Food Service Supervisor (TEER 2: 62020) at our location in, Toronto, Ontario. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will perform some or all of the following duties: · Greeting and guarantee client's fulfillment, create and hold relationship with clients. · Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food · Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal arrangement · Prepare food arrange outlines according to demands from clients; · Establish work schedules and strategies; · Maintain records of stock, repairs, deals and wastage; · Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety strategies; · Supervise and check assembly of standard and extraordinary plate and delivery of food to Clients; · Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards; · May take part within the choice of food service staff and help within the improvement of approaches, methods and budgets; · May arrange cafeteria menus and decide related food and work costs; · Must have information of the establishment's culinary sorts Qualifications: · Completion of secondary school; · Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or have several years of experience in food preparation or services are required; · Effective supervising skills and attention to detail; · Proven analytical skills with ability to tackle problems systematically to diagnose issues and produce effective recommendations; · Multi-tasker and effective time management.
