Salary: $35/per hour, 30 to 40 hours per week Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Authorize routine deposits and withdrawals · Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments · Establish work schedules and procedures · Examine and verify the accuracy of work · Identify workers' training needs · Prepare and submit reports · Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality · Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies · Conduct performance reviews · Perform same duties as workers supervised · Co-ordinate, assign and review work · Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery · Organize and maintain inventory.
