Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Language: English Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible Wage: $ CAD 41.00/Hourly Position(s) Available: 1 Job Description Duties & Responsibilities · Analyses financial reports, identifies trends and addresses discrepancies between planned and actual through effective utilization of the FSM Monitoring Report · Meets period, quarterly and annual targets · Sets individual goals for department to motivate employees and ensures goals are met · Develops and executes strategies to improve business efficiency at the store · Complies with Human Resource Standards · Hires and/or supports hiring for all departments, excluding Pharmacy · Maintains wage administration within SLPH guidelines · Conducts probationary reviews for new hires and annua staff performance reviews · Manages staff performance through ongoing coaching, action fanning and follow-up · Drive Blue Culture engagement, and leads and motivates staff through leading by our Core Values · Maintains Store Standards to optimize customer experience, drive customer traffic and positively impact store profitability · Works with management team to ensure Store Standards are in effect 100% of the time, including backroom · Manages labour scheduling and leverages Work Force Management (WFM) to maximize labour productivity · Ensures staffing levels are adequate to effectively operate the business Skills Requirement · Completion of secondary school required · Minimum 1 year of previous retail store management experience is required · Higher education is an asset Job Location: 3025 Lougheed Hwy Unit 810 Coquitlam, British Columbia Canada V3B 6S2 How to Apply Email: asdm2203@shoppersdrugmart.ca
