Job Duties: · Schedule and co-ordinate activities of construction staff daily. · Manage expenses and prepare reports. · Supervise staff, work area. · Check building material, construction supplies and place order as required. · Ensure standard safety measurements are followed by construction staff. · Resolve work problems and suggest new ideas for quality work. · Co-ordinate with different departments to meet work schedules and for smooth workflow. · Hire staff and arrange training as required. · Recommend new ideas for promotion.
