Job Duties: · Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food. · Manage the inventory and stocks used in preparation · Establish methods to meet work schedules. · Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. · Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures. · Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. · Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety guidelines. · Resolve Customer Complaints.
