(MISAI JAPA CAFÉ) Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Evening Salary: $35.50 hourly, for 30-40 hours per week Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Work location at 7-1915 32 Avenue, NE, Calgary, AB T2E 7C8 Major Job duties include: · Ensure that food and services meet quality control standards set by Alberta Health Services. · Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure the restaurant delivers quality food, beverages, and excellent customer service. · Address customer complaints and queries effectively. · Provide consistent and exceptional customer service. · Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, reconciliations, and related forms. · Control inventory and monitor revenues, and make adjustments to procedures and prices as necessary. · Estimate and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient restaurant service. · Manage staff by training and developing existing employees, motivating them to achieve key performance indicators, and coordinating staff schedules. · Implement and promote company policies and procedures within the team. · Accurately price products and services. · Follow sanitation guidelines and adhere to safety procedures. · Report directly to the manager and the owner.
