Candidates based east of Ontario will also be considered.   What you will do: Marketing Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with local teams to customize to local and direct to user directly, while establishing regional marketing standards for FieldView & NBMs Develop FieldView & New Business Models (NBMs) Strategy, including Key customer strategies Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaign planning processes for FieldView & NBMs for the business unit Collaborate with Marketing Campaign & Communication Lead communities to develop and execute demand generation tactics, product launches & customer engagement strategies aligned with local team & business unit goals Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge for all Bayer Digital products ? Account Management and Strategy: Support local team and business unit outcomes by leading the development of the digital strategy (FieldView/NBMs) with key accounts, strategic accounts and industry partners Communicate business unit digital strategy, develop customer-specific marketing strategy and unique programming to support joint sales and marketing tactics with local teams witih partners. Enable development of customer facing solutions with retail partners and licensing opportunities across FieldView and DFS missions. Collaborate, influence, and drive sourcing strategies from identification to realization ? Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with local teams, business unit and marketing peers to communicate and demonstrate the value proposition of FieldView & NBMs, crafting messaging and sales strategies that emphasize the value delivered to all stakeholders Collaborate with the Digital Integrators (Corn, Soy & Canola/Cereals), Advisors & Businesses Leads to ensure customer needs are met via product & partnership strategy Grow and maintain our partner network by sourcing a strong pipeline of local and regional partners   Who you are:  ?Strategic-minded that has led regional marketing campaigns? OR strong sales experience in the agriculture industry within Canada Strong influencing skills Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities? A deep understanding of Canadian farmer's needs Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated success in managing brands across various geographic regions? within Canada Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and optimize marketing operations accordingly?
