Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably in an automotive or service-related industry. Language: Proficiency in English is required. Responsibilities: · Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs · Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning · Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs · Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions · Oversee the operation of company · Plan, develop and implement communication strategies · Plan and manage budgets · Supervise staff · Provide customer service · Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $70.00 per hour for 35 hours per week Overtime: Paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate for authorized hours beyond 44 hours per week or 8 hours per day. Vacation: Two weeks of paid vacation annually, scheduled in advance and approved by the Employer.
