Job Responsibilities · Responsible for the overall day-to-day supervision and operation of assigned location, including staff management, food safety, guest services, sales, and food quality. · Facilitate team meetings to coordinate daily operations and communicate any relevant updates. Also, participate in management meetings to stay informed about company policies or changes. · Follow the company's policy and procedures, adhering to company standards to ensure all operations are in line with corporate expectations. · Ensure health and safety regulations are followed as per the company's standards, including maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the workplace. · Accountable for training and motivating staff and fostering a positive and efficient work environment. · Coordinate with fellow shift supervisor and management to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining operational continuity. · Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food preparation, controlling inventory by maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. · Address any maintenance or repair issues that arise during the shift, notifying the appropriate person as needed to ensure the ongoing functionality of the operation. · Resolve customer complaints and special requests in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring high-quality guest services. · Perform other duties as assigned. Job Requirements · Completion of a college program in food service administration, or hotel and restaurant management or 1 -2 years of experience in the food service sector. · Excellent written and oral communication skills. · To be driven and not afraid to take decisive action. · Excellent supervisory skills and a strong understanding of customer service. · Ability to manage a team to achieve common goals. · Highly organized and efficient, working well under pressure.
