We (McMaster Group Holdings Inc dba Baskin-Robbins) are running ice-cream franchise business across various locations in lower mainland in BC. We are seeking to hire a Restaurant Manager for a full-time and permanent position. Duties would be · To plan, organize and direct control and evaluate the operations of restaurant, or other food or beverage service, · Determine type of service to be offered and implement operational procedures, · Recruit staff and oversee staff training, · Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, · Control inventory and monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, · Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed, · Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, · Negotiate arrangements with clients, · Coordinate with franchise for various promotional offers and corporation procedures. Requirement Education: Completion of secondary school is required. Education in hospitality is asset Language required is English. Experience: Minimum of 1 year or more experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, is required. What we offer Salary: $27.50/hr will be given.
