Uncle's Meat Factory is located at 7492 Conway Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5E 2P8. We are currently looking for full time Butchers-retail or wholesale. Position: Butcher-retail or wholesale Types: Full-time, Permanent Wage: CAD$23.00/hour Working Hours: 30- 40 hours/week Benefits: 4% of vacation pay Job Duties: · Cut, trim, bone meats to prepare standard cuts; · Prepare meat for special displays and orders; · Wrap and package prepared meats; · Keep sales records and monitor supply to maintain inventory; · Ensure meats are clean and stored in safe conditions; · Follow safety standards and maintain workplace in sanitary conditions; · Supervise and train meat cutters. Job requirements: · Completion of secondary school; · 1-2 years of on-the-job training.
