Responsibilities: -Responsible for planning and organizing the operation of administrative and property management services to ensure high efficiency and good service quality. -Directly lead and guide staff, including management in finance, human resources, procurement, security, and other areas. -Manage and supervise budgets to ensure the effective use of contracts, equipment, and supplies, as well as oversee expense spending and cost control. -Prepare reports and briefs, reporting on the status of administrative and property management services to management and decision-makers, and proposing suggestions and improvement measures. -Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing teams to ensure the effective operation of the team and the professional development of employees.
