As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our retail establishment. This position requires someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, has excellent organizational skills, and can effectively manage a team. Key Responsibilities: · Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. · Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. · Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of performance. · Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained. · Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash registers. · Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
