Work Location: 324 Windermere Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T6W 2Z8 Position Title: Restaurant Manager Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Estimated Starting Date: As Soon As Possible Position available: 1 Wage: $35.50 - $36.50 per hour (Depending on working Experience) Work Hours: 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends Benefit: 4 % Vacation Pay or 10 Business Days of Paid Vacation Responsibility: · Oversee, coordinate, and manage the day-to-day operations of a restaurants that serves a diverse menu, including donair, shawarma, pizza, burgers, and sandwiches, ensuring seamless service; · Determine the range of services offered, develop operational guidelines, and continually refine processes to boost customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness; · Handle staff recruitment and onboarding, ensuring team members are properly trained and capable of delivering top-tier service; · Organize working schedules, assess performance, and ensuring staffing levels are appropriate for smooth restaurant operation; · Monitor stock levels, track revenue, and make adjustments to pricing strategies and procedures to enhance profitability; · Quickly address customer issues, ensuring that health, safety, and sanitation standards are upheld; · Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms for food and other essential materials; · Manage client agreements for catering services or events held at the restaurant
