We are currently looking for two Food Service Supervisors who will ensure that drinks, baked goods, and services meet quality standards. Position: Food Service Supervisor Wage: $18.65 - $19.65 per hour (Depending on working experience) Working hours: 30 hours per week (Available early morning, evening, or weekends) Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent Starting Date of Employment: As Soon As Possible Position Available: 2 Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay + tips Work Location: 10303 Jasper Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB Canada T5J 3N6 Job Duties: · Supervise and coordinate activities of food-handling staff, including Barista; · Train food-handling staff, including Barista, in responsibilities, store policies, health and safety standards, and sanitization procedures; · Provide professional customer service and ensure that drinks, baked goods, and services meet quality standards; · Coordinate and establish work schedules of food-handling staff, including Barista, to prevent labour shortages or surpluses while adhering to meal and break policies; · Conduct inventory management and record stock, daily sales, repairs and wastage as required; · Estimate and order baked goods, drink ingredients, and supplies required for the daily operation of the café in a timely manner; · Prepare drink/baked goods order summaries for food-handling staff, including Barista, according to special requests from customers; · Supervise and coordinate the preparation and delivery of catering trolleys as required.
