HARSAH HOLDINGS LTD DBA BOSTON PIZZA IRONWOOD IS LOOKING FOR TWO FULL-TIME PERMANENT ACCOUNTING BOOKKEEPERS Title: Accounting Bookkeeper NOC: 12200 Location: Richmond Salary: $35.00 per Hour Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent Positions Available: 2 Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties: · Post journal entries and reconcile accounts. · Maintain general ledgers, and financial statements. · Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. · Administer payrolls & arrange payments for invoices. · Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports. · Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. · Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier's ledger, customer ledger and general ledger. · Prepare tax returns for evaluation and perform other personal bookkeeping services. · Match purchase orders with invoices. · Perform other duties as & when required.
