Job Description
KBK RESTAURANT LTD. dba Nara Sushi in Abbotsford, BC seeks a Permanent and F/T RESTAURANT MANAGER.
Duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
· Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
· Monitor revenues to determine labour cost and modify procedures and prices.
· Organize and maintain inventory.
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
· Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
· Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
· Conduct performance reviews.
· Recruit, train and supervise staff.
· Address customers' complaints or concerns.
· Provide customer service.

Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school
3 years to less than 5 years of work experience in related field
Proficiency in English
$35.00 per hour based on 30~40 hours per week
