Job Description
KBK RESTAURANT LTD. dba Nara Sushi in Abbotsford, BC seeks a Permanent and F/T COOK.
Duties:
· Prepare and cook individual Asian and Fusion hot food menus and dishes.
· Prepare and make sauces for cooking.
· Improve and suggest menu items.
· Estimate food requirements and cost.
· Determine the size of food portions and costs.
· Manage kitchen operations.
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
· Order supplies and equipment.
· Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
· Supervise and train kitchen helpers.

Requirement:
Completion of Secondary School
3 years to less than 5 years of work experience in commercial cooking
Basic English
Hourly Wage: $35.00 per hour
Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week
