Driver to add into our team Company: Aerotrack Logistics LTD Business Address: 2708 Townline Rd, Abbotsford, BC, V2T 5L3 Position: Long Haul Truck Driver NOC: 73300 Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time No. of Vacancies: 3 Salary: $30.00/hour for 50 hours a week Language: English Job Location: All over Canada and USA with base at 6544 123A St, Surrey, British Columbia, V3W 1P7 Job Responsibilities · Take inventory of loaded goods in order to make sure that the correct quantity is loaded · Drive and operate Tractor trailer, long combination vehicle to transport goods to long distance. · Ensure that any damaged products are reported and documented properly · Transport goods over long distances; check on cargo at every stop during the long haul · Make sure that the truck is in proper working condition before setting off · Perform regular and preventative maintenance on the truck prior to setting off · Check tire pressure and ensure that there is enough fuel · Use GPS and/or maps to chart out the best route which is time and fuel-efficient · Ensure that all documentation pertaining to traveling between states or Canada is in order · Record freight information along with distance traveled and fuel consumption · Ensure that goods are delivered to the right destination · Assist with unloading goods and ensure quantity checks · Receive and relay information to company's dispatcher · Obtain signatures from the party to whom the goods have been delivered to · Maintaining logbooks Job Requirements · Ability to understand basic · Fulltime availability · Completion of Secondary School · No experience How to apply By Email: sukhminderkular@yahoo.co.in
