A General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of an organization or business. The GM’s job is also to ensure that the company’s reputation is maintained by upholding professional standards, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the organization to the public.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of work

- Creating and managing budgets, financial plans, and forecasts, ensuring the organization remains financially stable
