About the role We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join our Welshpool team on a Permanent, Full-Time basis.Our Sales Support Officers are the first point of contact for our clients. In this dynamic, fast paced role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by processing sales, generating invoices, and following up orders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the warehouse and support the sales teams and Operations Manager in building and maintain relationships with clients. Responsibilities As a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including: Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationshipsProviding support in all areas of the sales process as well as running the officeCreating promotional and marketing materials for the branch to actively promote the Elders brandWorking with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunitiesMaximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community eventsAssisting with expense management to ensure the branch is operating effectively About you To succeed at AIRR, you:Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environmentAre smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technologyAre passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your communityHave a keen eye for detail and a background in business administrationUnderstand agriculture seasonsHave an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients.
