While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Blackburn in line with our hybrid working model.  Reporting to the Senior Program Manager Cyber Security, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Design, execute and deliver a security engagement, training and awareness program aligned to AV's Strategic Plan and consistent with AV's Improvement, Project and Change Framework/s, with a view to achieving sustainable, lasting change and improvement to the AV workforce's security skills and understanding Design and delivery of both annual all-staff security awareness and training activities, as well as targeted initiatives to positively influence staff behaviour and reduce cybersecurity risks to AV Improve quality outcomes and experience through workforce education on identifying and reporting security incidents, as well as techniques to enhance the secure handling of sensitive data (including patient data) Manage and deliver the end-to-end training with a view to achieving sustainable, lasting change and improvement to the AV workforce's security skills, project changes and understanding of new systems and services Work collaboratively with relevant business areas to build cyber security capability and support and organisational capability, security compliance and change management  The ideal candidate has A postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification (or progress toward) with high level relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and sound experience Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, including well-developed written and oral communication skills Ability to work pro-actively with little direction to design and deliver a comprehensive end-to-end program Demonstrated experience in delivering change across a large and complex organisation Demonstrated ability to analyse issues, solve problems, provide advice and make decisions to ensure the project (cyber security training, compliance and awareness) achieves the desired outcomes Relevant experience in delivering cyber security or ICT-related engagement, awareness and training outcomes (desirable)  Please see the position description for a full list of position responsibilities and key selection criteria.  Working at Ambulance Victoria As a valued member of AV you will enjoy a professional working environment that recognises the importance of work/life balance.
