Drive cross location initiatives in the areas of best practices, technology, innovation, and trainings. Work closely with Go-to-Market and sales teams throughout the entire lifecycle of a project to successfully generate demand for SAP. Be an ambassador of our organization.   10+ years total professional experience, preferably with a majority in the customer facing role. 3+ years of experience in a leadership position. Strong customer focused mindset and experienced in customer interactions including escalations.  Previous experience of working in SAP industries like Consumer, Discrete Manufacturing, Energy and Natural Resources. Knowledge of SAP's Business AI roadmap, including identifying use cases and piloting AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes. The skills described here above are likely to have been developed with a functional background in: Consulting, Sales and Presales Mindset for Strategic Thinking, Continuous Learning, and Business Acumen.
