Your expertise in identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies will directly contribute to our operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. You will proactively review categories within your portfolio and work with SMEs to enhance total value delivery through the RFx process, scrutiny of current contracts, supplier performance and streamlining internal processes.ResponsibilitiesAs a Procurement Specialist, you will:Implement the Source to Contract process and lead supplier negotiationsUse data driven analysis to determine category spend, benchmark analysis to calculate cost savings, identify where cost savings can be made and drive implementationEngage stakeholders in procurement activities, ensuring that the needs of head office and network are balanced, and the voice of the customer is central to decisionsManage key supplier relationships against KPIs and SLAs and conduct regular supplier reviews to ensure best practice procurement processesMaintain a Team Procurement Pipeline, identify how to load level annual workload for themselves and the Team, and lead improvements to reduce peaksIdentify and drive improvements to Procurement and Procure to Pay processesAbout youTo be successful with TitanAg, you will have:Extensive experience in a procurement or commodity management roleDemonstrated experience using category management and spend analysis to identify and drive cost savingsUnderstanding of total cost drivers, inventory management, KPIs and SLAsExperience leading Supplier Performance Reviews and routine meetings, using KPIs and SLAs to drive theseCan perform simple cost-benefit analysis and scenario analysis in Excel and apply the outcomes in decision makingStrong stakeholder engagement skills and business acumenAbility to run tender process and manage contracts and comfortable having difficult conversationsAbout TitanAgServicing rural Australia in manufacturing and the supply of Agricultural Chemicals, Titan AG offers a diverse range of high quality herbicides, fungicides and insecticides at competitive prices.Titan AG products assist with providing economical alternatives to help farmers with their key pesticides, upsides include yield enhancements and improving yield quality.
