Be a part of an Awesome Tribe    About this role:  Job Title: ETL QA Engineer Location: Gurgaon HR Experience: 4-5 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled ETL QA Engineer with expertise in SQL, data management testing, and ETL validation. The ideal candidate should have experience with Databricks/Spark and API/Frontend testing. Knowledge of IDMC (Informatica Data Management Cloud) is a plus. Key Responsibilities: For API / Frontend Testing: •  Define and design overall test approach and strategy. •  Develop detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for both backend and frontend testing. •  Execute test cases as per the plan and document test results with structured evidence. For SDLC, SQL, ITQM, and Test Planning: •  Develop test plans and test strategies, ensuring alignment with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and ITQM (IT Quality Management) standards. •  Validate data integrity, transformations, and ETL workflows using SQL queries. •  Work on validated systems, ensuring compliance and summarizing testing outcomes. •  Execute and document test cases while ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Required Skills& Qualifications: •  4-5 years of experience in ETL/data management testing. •  Strong SQL skills for database validation and ETL testing. •  Good Knowledge with Databricks and Spark. •  Experience in API and frontend testing methodologies. •  Understanding of ITQM, SDLC, and software validation processes. •  Ability to design and execute test plans effectively. •  Experience with Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) is a plus. •  Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. Preferred Qualifications: •  Experience in cloud-based ETL solutions. •  Knowledge of automation frameworks for ETL and API testing. •  Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
