You thrive in a learning environment and relish the opportunity to be mentored and learn from the senior designers around you.   HOW WE WILL KNOW YOU ARE THE ONE   You'll work with a team of designers, a Design Director and a Head of Design to deliver design excellence across a wide range of projects for some of the Australia's most loved and innovative brands. You'll be responsible for maintaining world-class creative design skills and standards. You'll also work collaboratively with others in the business – art directors, writers, strategists, data, UX, tech – to bring new thinking and design solutions to the table. You'll research and explore latest and emerging design trends, sharing this knowledge with the team. You'll participate in workshops, design critiques, team meetings and client presentations.   3-4 years design experience across a mix of design disciples – brand, digital, campaign, etc. An understanding of design processes. A strong grasp of design principles such as typography, layout, colour, grid systems, etc. A passion for brand design and identity creation. Solid knowledge of Adobe's Creative Suite and proficiency in Sketch or Figma. Motion skills would be a definite bonus, so too would illustration.   Other things that would make you excel in this role A curiosity for learning skills beyond design (illustration/motion/user experience/code/business). A positive, friendly can-do attitude, you are calm under pressure. An eagerness to help and be a team player. Solid communication skills. You're able to clearly articulate design rationales and decisions.
