Working closely with the ECD's and broader creative teams, you will play a key leadership role within the team, providing conceptual thinking and creative problem solving to a range of integrated projects and directing the creative output.   As Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading work going through the department, ensuring that campaigns are of the highest possible quality and always are flawlessly executed. You will have an excellent understanding of what makes for standout strategic and creative work and progress the agency agenda in this field. Develop and deliver creative ideas across all communications channels including print based collateral, ATL advertising, digital media and social content. You will thrive on working in a fast pace, deadline driven environment and will always strive to deliver high standard, market leading work. You will be required to develop deep and enduring relationships with your clients, team, and external stakeholders. Develop a deep knowledge of your clients' business, including an understanding of their marketing challenges, business objectives and the role of creative in achieving those.   You will have a passion for developing and creating market leading work to the highest standard. An excellent knowledge of marketing and communication strategies and their execution. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire those around you. The ability to talk persuasively and compelling about strategic and creative work. An ability to make decisions and implement. Maintains a creative approach to problem solving. Champion the agency point of view and product. Ability to see the bigger picture.   Experience and Attitude: Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role within a creative agency. A proven track record of managing others and bringing the best out of them.
