We are looking for an Engineering Team Manager to take responsibility for planning, execution, and personnel management. Our teams will be required to sustain and deliver complex capability enhancements to the Air Battle Management portfolio. This role is be based in Brisbane. Demonstrated personnel leadership qualities, including the ability to foster, develop, and sustain cross-functional teams as required by the business to support current and future objectives. High level communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on building successful relationships with a broad range of both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in the estimating, planning, managing and reporting progress of technical work scope is essential. Formal Project Management, Engineering, Business or Management qualifications are desired, however, prior experience will be considered. Command and Control systems domain knowledge, systems engineering experience and other technical skills as relevant to each position will also be considered.
