Learn more about our extraordinary teams building inspiring projects in our Impact Report.  As Total Rewards Manager, you will supervise a regional team responsible for the execution and administration of total rewards programs (base salary, variable pay, assignment compensation and benefits) according to the organizational needs of the company and as directed by the Global Total Rewards Manager.  Major Responsibilities: Identifies and leverages industry trends, legislative updates, and best practices to ensure compensation and benefit programs, policies, and processes are current, effective, and meet business goals.  Identifies and participates in compensation and benefits benchmarking, interacts with the partner consulting organizations, completes survey submissions, and analyses the market data.  Executes and leads annual total compensation planning which includes system configuration and testing, providing day to day support to planning managers on tools and guidelines, and partnering with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in finalizing plans.  Partners with Talent Acquisition team and HRBP to review/recommend salaries for offers and promotions/adjustments.  Manages a team of Total Rewards professionals in region  Other responsibilities as designated. Education and Experience Requirements: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience. Experience training and presenting to large audiences. Prior experience managing compensation and benefit administration in Australia or other Asia Pacific countries. Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. Required Knowledge and Skills: Ability to exercise initiative and make decisions with little or no supervision and be accountable for such actions. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Effective communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills. Strong data analytics skills. Ability to work in a high-volume transaction environment. Demonstrated knowledge and experience participating in and analysing external benefit and salary surveys. Working Rights in Australia without employer sponsorship are required.
