You will prepare status reports, monitor areas of subcontract performance, and inquire on and investigate subcontract problems. Your work will contribute to efficient project execution and compliance with contractual obligations. Major Responsibilities: Supports one or more Subcontract Administrators Professionals with routine duties and closeout  May be assigned small-value service subcontracs Gathers and compiles support data for the preparation of documents and the management of subcontracts  Assists Subcontract Manager or Subcontract Professionals in completion of the various administrative tasks required by the Contract/Subcontract Management Guidebook, Standard Work Process Procedures, and automated subcontract management systems  Monitors areas of subcontract performance, as assigned  Conducts investigations and inquiries into specific subcontracts problems, as assigned  Organizes materials for the preparation of meetings, presentations, and training sessions and assists in the preparation of periodic status reports  Works with Digital Supply Chain and other Automation Tools  Education and Experience Requirements: Requires a University Hire with less than 1 year of experience or 4-5 years of relevant work experience Total Rewards/Benefits For decades, Bechtel has worked to inspire the next generation of employees and beyond!
