This is your chance to be at the cutting edge of aerospace innovation while working with top-tier suppliers to drive quality, compliance, and performance.  These roles report to the Supplier Quality Manager and works closely with the MQ-28 Quality and Production Leadership. You will be expected to work under their general direction to independently determine and develop approaches to solve complex and challenging problems and deliver solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organisation objectives and Quality Management System standards and processes.  Conduct supplier audits & assessments to maintain top-quality standards Inspect & verify components for compliance with aerospace requirements Assess supplier capability & capacity for current and future programs Provide coaching & support on quality systems and regulatory compliance to our suppliers, embodying the values of the Australian Industry Capability (AIC) Play a key role in delivering the MQ-28 Ghost Bat to operational readiness  Who We're Looking For: Quality professionals with supplier management & auditing experience Knowledge of aerospace regulations, AS9100, and compliance standards Strong problem-solving skills & a proactive approach to continuous improvement Experience working with cutting-edge technology & advanced manufacturing Strong experience working though Root Cause Corrective Action methodologies, e.g. 8D, ICAM.
