We are seeking talented Project Management Specialists to join our Australian E-7A Wedgetail Development Team. We are looking for a motivated individual to work across a diverse range of technically complex projects overseeing design, development, build and integration of world leading products on the RAAF E-7A Wedgetail. You will be responsible for providing consolidated project management oversight through planning, monitoring and controlling practices alongside engineering delivery teams. Development of proposals, contract change proposal, statement of works and schedules Provide effective data and options analysis to support decision making for block related projects Provide internal reporting on the current status of the block's performance including Earned Value Track and analyse work packages for engineering, maintenance, training and logistics teams. Integrate key stakeholders including sub-contractors, ensuring an understanding of their responsibilities and deliverables  Assess, identify and management of project Risk, Issues and Opportunities Contribute to Project improvement efforts, conducting lessons learnt, working with customer and capabilities Experience/Qualifications 5 years' experience in managing complex projects to successful and timely completion.  Demonstrated proficiency in project management areas in accordance with accepted industry project management standards.  High level communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on building successful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
