Provide vital support to the implementation of the ENVISAGE First Peoples program nationwide

We currently have a varied fixed-term opportunity for you to contribute to the ENVISAGE-First Peoples project, which is part of the broader ENVISAGE Families project. ENVISAGE First Peoples is focused on providing culturally safe yarns for parents, caregivers, families and communities raising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children with developmental concerns or disability.
As the National Indigenous Family and Community Wellbeing Administrator, you will collaborate with the ENVISAGE Leadership Team, the National Project Manager, National Evaluation Manager and the National ENVISAGE Indigenous Community Engagement Coordinator to support the implementation of the ENVISAGE First Peoples program nationwide. Your focus will be on ensuring the effective working of parent-peer facilitators, enabling them to deliver a high-quality culturally safe experience to program participants.
You will provide support and training to facilitators so they are competent and confident to deliver ENVISAGE First Peoples, foster a collaborative community of practice, and facilitate connections with community leaders, facilitators and other ENVISAGE staff. You will play a vital role in supporting administrative, research, technical and evaluation activities for the ENVISAGE First Peoples project, working closely with the project team and the ENVISAGE Leadership Team.

Total remuneration valued to $108,316 – $116,348 total remuneration (pro rata) pa, including salary component $92,578 – $99,443 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks’ salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
