While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Blackburn or Ballarat in line with our hybrid working model.  Reporting to the Senior Manager Cloud & IT Infrastructure, responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Support AV Cloud Migration Program align to AV's Strategic Plan, consistent with AV's Improvement, Project and Change Framework Develop application migration waves identifying interdependencies and mitigating risk Expertly design the AV Cloud Platform and Application Landing Zones to support workload migrations ensuring AV cloud security designs and standards are maintained in a professional and mature manner in line with Microsoft best practices, industry standards and Department of Health Cyber controls Ensure all migrated services to cloud are implemented in line with DH Security Controls, AV Service Catalogue Service Classifications, Service Patterns, defined DevOps processes and AV standard non-functional requirements Champions the cloud architecture initiatives and technologies with stakeholders and peers to ensure AV successfully leverages improvements that drive efficiency and business benefits  The ideal candidate has A postgraduate degree or relevant industry certification with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and high-level relevant experience (preferably in an Information Technology related discipline) Significant experience in Business Process Mapping, Business Analyst or Enterprise Architecture role supporting complex migrations between data centres and cloud.
