We are looking for a talented **Global Mining End-UsersAccount Manager** to join our team in Australia. This position serves as the global account manager key mining accounts. It also leads / support related business development projects. In this role, you will have an impact in the following ways: + Effectively manages the relationship and business strategies for large, complex assigned accounts (cross-regional, global, etc.) to grow our share of the customer's wallet and achieve sales goals. + Be the central point of relationship, which includes business development activities and account escalations that cannot be resolved by the local teams. + Bringing together the regional account representatives supporting the account to ensure alignment of strategy and pricing where appropriate. + Drive strategic decisions among the team, act as liaison point with the segment strategy and OEM teams. + Manage global contracts. Conduct bridge and pit-to-port initiatives with accounts. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Competencies:** + Communicates effectively - Develops and communicates in a variety of ways to convey a clear understanding of the particular needs of different audiences. + Customer-focused - Builds solid relationships with customers and provides customer-oriented solutions. + Ensures accountability - Holds self and others accountable for delivering on commitments. + Channel knowledge - Explains and contextualizes industry structure, dynamics and market path in order to advance organizational goals. + Account planning - Identifies objectives to drive the execution of the business and/or account strategy by reviewing where it should be and enabling tracking of progress against goals. **Education and Experience:** + Significant level of relevant work experience required, including previous customer and/or product experience required.
